Our Theory of Change

A systematic approach to creating sustainable impact

Framework Components

Building Blocks of Change

Problem Statement

Every project is meant to solve a problem; and we ensure that the problem is clearly defined, stating those affected, and why it matters. This helps in mapping out how the project will create change.

Inputs

This gives an indication of the resources required to execute an intervention.

Activities

These are the different tasks that are done during the implementation of a project.

Outputs

These are the immediate tangible results of an intervention.

Outcomes

This refers to the change that can be attributed to the intervention; whether short-term or long-term.

Impact

This is the long-term, positive change that can be attributed to the intervention; whether improved livelihood, reduced poverty, improved health.

Our Statement

Our Theory of Change Statement

If-Then Logic for Sustainable Impact

Conditions (IF):

1

If community and stakeholder priority areas are correctly mapped out to guide CSR projects;

2

And if resources allocated for CSR projects are properly channeled into the mapped priority areas;

3

And if the CSR projects are implemented in a structured way with a focus on meeting the set objectives, achieving the expected results, and having sustainability measures in place;

THEN

Outcome (THEN):

Then the CSR projects will greatly contribute towards building better communities for better living.
